Thank you for choosing Safe Kids Control. Given the digital nature of our parental control app and the services provided, our refunds and returns policy is designed to be as fair and transparent as possible to both the customers and our business.

Digital Product Policy

Safe Kids Control is a digital software app, and therefore, it is deemed “used” after download or opening. This unfortunately means we have a strict no refund or return policy for our app once it is purchased and activated on your device.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription to Safe Kids Control at any time. If you cancel your subscription within 14 days of your initial purchase and have not yet activated the app, you may be eligible for a refund. Cancellations made after this period, or cancellations made after the app has been activated, will not qualify for a refund.

Subscription Trials

If you are on a free trial and have not been charged for a subscription, you can cancel at any time before the trial period expires to avoid incurring charges. No refund is needed in this scenario, as no charge would have been made against your account.

Exceptional Circumstances

If you experience technical issues that prevent the app from functioning as advertised, and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe, a refund may be issued on a case-by-case basis. Documentation of the issue, such as error reports or screenshots, may be required to process the refund.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return or refund, please take the following steps:

  2. Include proof of purchase and, if applicable, details and documentation of any technical issues encountered.
  3. Provide your contact information, including the email address associated with your Safe Kids Control account.

Processing Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Fees and Costs

There are no fees for canceling your subscription or requesting a refund under the aforementioned conditions. However, please be aware that refunds may not include any processing fees or currency conversion fees applied by your financial institution.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
